My love for fitness came from pushing myself to change my lifestyle, and because of that, I felt the need to help others, and it was the best decision I ever made. I went from bad habits that were bound to cut my life short, to good habits that changed the way I lived. With over 20 years of studying martial arts, I can mix that in with traditional exercise to create an awesome workout for you.
